Having graduated with a BA in Popular Music, Voice, Carrie has continued her training receiving a First Class Honours Masters in Performance from MTU Cork School of Music.
Her stage career began at age 3 when she trained at the De Braam School of Dance & Theatre Arts under the tutelage of Natalie Van De Braam. Here, Carrie trained in multiple styles of dance including ballet, tap, jazz, and contemporary. After 11 years, she hung up her ballet shoes and joined the David Hennessy Junior Stage School, where she found her love for musical theatre. Since then, Carrie has performed in over 50 productions across Ireland.
In 2014, Carrie performed in the 3 Arena at Gary Barlow's concert as part of the Clontarf Community Choir under musical direction of David Hayes.
Alongside the Sing Space Choir, Carrie performed in the Actor's Church Covent Garden, London, for the Sunday at the Musicals Summer concert in June 2022.
Carrie has been involved several live streams during the pandemic including Jack Cunningham Productions 'Best of Broadway' and Festival Productions livestream 'Songbook!' in the National Concert Hall alongside Rebecca Storm, Susan McFadden and fellow Waterford performer, Glenn Murphy.
In February 2022, Carrie made her Musical Directing debut with 'On The Line' an original show which took place in the Cork Arts Theatre.
Carrie has also participated in Workshops such as 'Leave Her Behind': A New Irish Musical, written by Marion Daly. Carrie played the lead role of 'Grace' for the initial workshop and soundtrack recording.
Carrie attended several workshops in London this December with London Theatre Runway - David Grindrod, Grace McInerny & Alison Pollard, and the 'Casting Director Series' with Gemma Anne Barnes, Daisy Loving, Natalie Gallacher and Benjamin Dwyer.

Carrie & the Midnight Mob are a pop/funk/soul cover band with songs to suit everyone from Noughtie’s/2010’s classics to ABBA to chart toppers. During our time gigging, we have curated our sets to appeal to each venue and audience. This means we have 40+ songs ready to go for any occasion. Inspired by 'Scary Pockets', the Midnight Mob take pop songs and give them a twist with some funky bass lines and guitar solos.
When creating this band, I wanted to ensure that I had the best musicians by my side and I have been so lucky to have some of Cork’s finest - Cian O Sullivan drums, Cian Harris guitar, Christopher Hockey Bass, Daniel Murphy keys, and some fabulous deps Eimear McCarthy keys, Colin Noone Bass, Dylan Howe keys/sax.

TEACHING
I'm Carrie Mullane, a professional singer, with 10 years of experience in teaching voice, piano, guitar, ukulele, and musical theatre performance. I have studied with top-class Vocal Coaches and Musical Directors, such as Dr. Trish Rooney, Laoise Leahy, David Hayes and Ceili O Connor. On top of my training, I have been performing professionally in Musical Theatre and Band settings for several years.
I offer 1 to 1 lessons in voice, guitar, piano, and ukulele. I also run workshops, and specialty classes in Acting Through Song, Audition prep, Repertoire, and Song-writing.
Classes are available online and in person in East London.
